Ways to book

Phone bookings

Phone bookings can be made by calling our dedicated agent priority toll free number 0800 761 762. Our call centre is open everyday (except Christmas) between 8am and 8pm.  You will need to provide the following information when making a booking:

1. Your agent code
2. Number of passengers, their full names and ages
3. Type of vehicle, registration number and length (most vehicles are under 5.5 metres)
4. Fare type required
5. Customer contact phone number and/or email address
6. Any special requirements we should be aware of

Online bookings

Go to 'Make an online agent booking'. Enter your username and password.  Click on 'make a new booking', then follow these easy steps:

1. Enter travel details
2. Select sailing
3. Select fare type
4. Review your booking
5. Enter passenger details
6. Enter contact information
