Travel Vouchers Terms and Conditions

Purchased voucher:

1/ Travel is subject to availability at time of booking. Travel must be completed by the expiry date printed on the voucher.

2/ Vouchers are not transferable for cash. You cannot on sell vouchers either in person or via online auction sites such as Trade me or Ebay.

3/ The voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking. If required by Bluebridge, the voucher must be surrendered on request.  Failure to present this voucher when requested will require the booked travel to be paid at standard Bluebridge fares.

4/ Vouchers will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

5/ If the full value of the voucher is not used when making your booking, you will be issued with a replacement voucher for the remaining monetary value.  You are not entitled to a cash refund on any unused portion of the voucher.

6/ In the event of service cancellation, you will be offered a free transfer to the next available Bluebridge sailing or the option to rebook for another date before the expiry printed on the voucher.

7/ Bluebridge’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (available on our website) continue to apply. Where those terms conflict with these terms, these terms will apply.

Prize winner / Community investment voucher:

1/ This voucher can be used for the monetary value specified on the voucher for travel on a vessel of Strait Shipping Limited (“Bluebridge”).

2/ Vouchers cannot be used for travel occurring on the following days:

• Any day between 15^th December – 15^th January in any year;
• Any day between Good Friday and Easter Monday (inclusive), in any year; or
• The day on which Labour Day falls in any year, and the Saturday and Sunday preceding Labour Day.
