1. The promoter of the Great Kiwi Road Trip Giveaway Competition (Promotion) is Bluebridge Cook Strait Ferries (“us/we/Bluebridge”)
2. The Promotion is open to everyone, except freight customers, who books their Bluebridge travel between 1-21 November 2021 for travel up to and including 14 December 2021.

Prize

3. The Promotion commences on Monday, 1 November 2021 and will close at 11:59pm on Sunday, 21 November 2021 (Promotion Period).

1. Everyone who books their Bluebridge travel in accordance with clause 2 above will receive one entry into the draw during the Promotion Period.  

5. There will be one entry per booking. For the avoidance of doubt, the entry will be in the name of the person who made the booking.
6. The three winners will be drawn on Monday, 22 November 2021.
7. The winners will be contacted by email or phone (contact details provided on the booking) on Monday, 22 November 2021.
8. Each of the 3 winners will receive the following (Prize):

• a return trip for 2 adults + 2 children, with vehicle, and a cabin on Bluebridge Ferries
• 7 days car hire of a Toyota RAV4 and includes Maximum Cover (zero excess)
• Stay Kiwi accommodation vouchers to the value of $500
• Four Square Gift Cards to the value of $500
• Prezzy card to the value of $500 (Terms & Conditions)

9. The winners will be selected randomly from bookings received during the Promotion Period.
10. The winners will be announced on the Bluebridge Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/bluebridgeferry/ on Monday, 22 November 2022 and contacted via email or phone number as provided on the booking. Each winner must make contact to claim the Prize within three (3) days after the draw.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if a winner is not contactable using the email address or phone number provided or if they fail to contact the Promoter within three (3) days after the prize draw date. A redraw will take place to ensure that the Prize is awarded.
12. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Four Square, Prezzy Card, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network.

Bluebridge Cook Strait Ferries Prize Voucher Terms & Conditions

13. The winners will receive a prize voucher for the Bluebridge travel as specified in the Prize
14. The prize voucher cannot be redeemed for travel from 15 December 2021 to 15 January 2022 and 14 April 2022 – 19 April 2022.
15. Travel is subject to availability at the time of booking.
16. Travel must be completed by 30 November 2022.
17. The voucher must be presented when you check-in otherwise standard Bluebridge fares will be charged.
18. All other standard Bluebridge terms and conditions apply, except where overridden by the voucher terms and conditions.

APEX Rental Car Voucher Terms & Conditions                

19. The winners will receive a voucher for the car hire as specified in the Prize
20. An advanced reservation is required
21. Voucher is valid for use at Apex New Zealand locations only
22. Rental must start between 1 December 2021 and 30 November 2022
23. Blackouts apply 15/12/21 – 15/01/22 and 14/04/22-19/04/22
24. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, coupon, discount, or promotion
25. Apex standard age, credit and driver license requirements apply
26. Subject to the Apex Terms & Conditions of Rental at the time of rental

General

27. Our decision on all matters, including eligibility of entries, operation of the draw and the allocation of the Prize, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
28. Employees of StraitNZ, Bluebridge agencies, APEX Car Rentals, Stay Kiwi, and their immediate families are not eligible to win the Prize.
29. The winners of this promotion agree to adhere to all third-party terms and conditions when claiming and using the Prize package
30. Any travel costs on the Road Trip will be at the winner’s expense.
31. The Prize is as stated, and all supplementary costs or incidentals are at the winner’s expense.
32. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable, and redeemable for cash or any other prize.
33. Any incidental costs associated with claiming the prizes, are the responsibility of the winners.
34. We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damage or harm caused through use of the Prize, be it direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or any other form of damages or loss, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
35. We retain the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
36. We reserve the right to use the prize winners' names and photographs for publicity purposes without payment or other compensation.
37. We reserve the right to terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion without notice at any time.
38. Any entry which does not comply with these terms and conditions will not be eligible for the draw.
39. By entering you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    
    Four Square - Terms & Conditions
40. If you wish to use your Gift Card to purchase merchandise at a price exceeding the value remaining on your Gift Card, you must pay the excess using another payment method. The available payment methods are the same as for purchasing the Gift Card. If the price is less than the value remaining on your Gift Card, the balance will remain on your card for use on another occasion.
41. Gift Cards cannot be returned because the Gift Card value is activated at the time of purchase.
42. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or be used towards the purchase of another Gift Card.
43. A Gift Card cannot be replaced and Four Square shall not be responsible for any Gift Card that may be lost, stolen or damaged.
44. A Gift Card expires two years from the day of purchase or, if relevant, its last top up. Any unused balance remaining on the Gift Card at expiry will not be refunded or credited.
45. A Gift Card is a plastic card which may contain any pre-purchased amount between $5 and $1000. Gift Cards can be purchased and are redeemable at selected Four Square stores nationwide.

The promotion will be governed by New Zealand law.
