Below you will find a list of events that we sponsor throughout the year, for most events we offer participants special rates to help them travel between the North and South.
We will often be present at these events cheering on competitors, enjoying the show or simply to have a chat with the community, so if you see us, make sure to come over and say hi!
Picton Maritime Festival

The Picton maritime festival celebrates the unique maritime history of Picton and the Marlborough sounds. The festival is a great day out with loads of entertainment, children’s activities and on water displays that the whole family can enjoy!
Bluebridge Karapoti Classic

The Bluebridge Karapoti Classic held in the Akatarawa Ranges in Wellington, is the oldest mountain biking event in the Southern Hemisphere having been first established in 1986. The event combines a huge but achievable challenge with some amazing scenery and a great social scene. Find out more at www.karapoti.co.nz.
Cigna Round the Bays

Round The Bays is a running/walking event that allows participants to enjoy the picturesque Wellington harbour whilst out on the race course. There are several distances available for participants to choose from and with the event selling out for the previous four years it is not one that you want to miss! Forrest Graperide

The Forrest Graperide is the largest and most popular cycling event in the South island. The course rides through some of New Zealand’s most breath-taking scenery, including 40km of the Marlborough Sounds. Once riders have completed the course they get to sit back and relax in the vineyards, or take part in the annual Grape Stomp where Graperide virgins are chosen to help crush the grapes for a special bottle of wine that will be available at the following years Forrest Graperide.
