驾车登船
很幸运，驾车登船比看上去还简单，你只要很少的准备工作来确保您旅程安全和轻松。我们出色的船员也会帮助您，所以请不要介意联系我们取得帮助。
如果您驾车登船，请您确保提前一小时到达机动车检票口 - 不是在旅客大厅。由于您不能在航行过程中回到您的车辆，所以请确保您带齐所有随行必需物品。我们希望您能够安全的驾车登船，所以如有需要我们的船员会在那里给您提供帮助。如果夜间驾车登船，请您确保在登船时关闭您的车头灯，以免干扰我们船员的视线。确保您拉起车辆手刹，挂档，关闭警报器并且锁好车门。
散客登船
散客应该在起航前45分钟在旅客大厅检票登船。请确保所有行李都打包标注好。在Wellington港，我们的工作人员会来领您步行登船。如果您需要 协助.，我们可以安排车辆接送。在天气状况不佳的时候我们也会使用我们的车辆接送您，保证你旅途的舒适。在Picton港口我们有专车接送您从旅客大厅到渡轮（短途）。
单车骑士必须在起航前45分钟到旅客大厅。在Wellington港我们的工作人员会带您到码头。在Picton港会有专车接送您到码头登船。注意：您可以骑行到登船栈桥，但是您必须下车步行通过栈桥，并且不允许在渡轮上骑行。
您必须将车存放在下甲板。我们提供锁车的支架及垫布，但是我们建议您携带自己的垫布。我们也将会有专门的工作人员在那里为您提供帮助。
摩托车
我们建议您携带自己的捆绑带，以确保您的摩托车在航行中的安全及稳定。我们也将会有专门的工作人员在那里为您提供帮助。
房车
我们欢迎房车登船，并且船上有足够的空间供您调头及停靠您的房车。为确保您在船上停靠房车的安全，如果您需要，我们会有专门的服务人员在那里为您提供帮助！
为了更加安全，请您关闭天然气罐，确保手刹拉起，挂好档位，关闭警报并锁好车门。如果夜间驾车登船，请您确保在登船时关闭您的车头灯，以免干扰我们船员的视线。
我们Wellington港口距离房车停车场很近，那里是Wellington最好的房车停泊场。如果您是新西兰房车协会的会员您可以在Bluebridge享受非常好的折扣价。请登录NZMCA website 查看相关信息。
晚点 & 轮班取消
如果您在预定的时候留下了联系电话，如果轮班晚点或取消我们会尽可能联系您。在非常特殊的取消轮班情况下，我们会为您预订下一班轮班或者全额退款。
携带宠物旅行
我们非常欢迎您携带您的狗或者猫一同旅行 - 它们为什么要错过这次旅行呢！？请您注意，在旅客大厅及您排队检票的时候，我们并没有适当的地方供您遛狗，所以我们建议您提前带您的宠物去宠物公园散步。
在Picton港的 Wairau 路上有skate 公园 可供您的狗散步，他们同时提供粪便袋供您清理宠物粪便！在Wellington港也有很多其他地方可供您的狗运动
一旦登船，您必须将宠物安置在您自己摆渡的车里或者租宠物笼，并将宠物笼安置在车辆甲板。我们提供宠物笼租赁服务，每个宠物笼$10。相关信息请联系0800 844 844 或 email [email protected] .
